COMMUNITY SUPPORT
We have the opportunity to support communities, causes and charities that resonate with our mission. We partner with organizations that support the mind, the body, equality and the environment.
To date, we’ve donated $1,700,000 USD to our charity partners.
DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION
Every Princess Polly customer deserves to feel seen and represented. Since its launch in 2021, our Curve range (which includes extended sizing up to a US 20) has continued to evolve and now includes best sellers, exclusive designs, and more. We also created our Princess Polly Tall & Petite ranges to further ensure every customer can access the latest trends in their perfect size.
We will continue to add inclusive products as we actively listen and respond to our customers’ needs. But it’s not just about what options are available, it’s also about how we show them. With an online global reach of over 3 million, we have the platform to highlight the importance of representation and diversity within the fashion industry. Ensuring our marketing is representative of all people helps us ensure that diversity, inclusion, and belonging is at the center of everything we do.
As a business, we also perform internal assessments to identify any opportunities or barriers to inclusion and have implemented a Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging strategy to address any gaps. Our leaders undergo inclusive leadership training, and we have also formed an employee-based Diversity and Inclusion Committee to help us create more amazing team experiences and employment opportunities in the years to come.
RECONCILIATION ACTION PLAN
As an Australian business founded on Kombumerri Land, Princess Polly acknowledges the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples as the Traditional Custodians. We pay our respects to Elders past, present and emerging. This land was and always will be First Nations Land.
Princess Polly is working with intention and purpose to build connections with our local Indigenous community, listen to their stories with respect and gratitude, and make sure all First Nations peoples feel heard, seen, culturally safe, represented and valued.
We were extremely proud when Reconciliation Australia endorsed our Reflect Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) in July 2023. For us, our RAP is the chance to formalise our existing work and take new, informed steps to support and uplift Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. Over the next year, and into our future, the entire Princess Polly team is excited to meaningfully engage and work with First Nations peoples, to create a more reconciled and equitable home country.
We thank all our First Nations partners who have contributed to our Reflect RAP.

CAUSES WE LOVE
Want to know what causes we’re loving and how the Princess Polly team has been able to help? Let’s take a look at what we accomplished last year.
In 2023 we:
- Donated $375,000 USD in total to our charity partners
- Spent over 700 hours volunteering with our charity partners
But it’s not just us that put in all the hard work, it’s you. Our donation feature at checkout allows you to donate directly to these causes yourself. Since 2021, you’ve fundraised over $123,000 for our partners.
OUR 2024 PARTNERS
Butterfly Foundation’s mission is to change the experience of eating disorders: save lives, minimise incidence and impacts, improve quality of life, and make recovery a reality. We’re proud to work together on Wandi Nerida (Australia’s first residential recovery centre for people affected by an eating disorder) and body dissatisfaction education services
Murrup works in some of Australia’s most remote communities and delivers a suite of programs that support First Nations young people in building the skills and confidence they need to realize their potential. Princess Polly supports the Horizons program, which allows young people to imagine pathways for their future and plan for their life after school.
Thread Together collects unused clothing and provides it to people in need with dignity and without judgment. Together we are building beautiful and functional wardrobes in crisis centers, such as women’s and youth shelters.
