RETURN INFORMATION

Our Return Policy:

  • You may return eligible products within 30 days of the delivery date for:
    • A refund to your original form of payment.
    • A gift card in the amount paid for the goods.
  • A return shipping fee of €11.99 will be deducted from the total refund amount if you use our shipping label; alternatively, you can pay for your own return shipping.
  • Return shipping fees must be paid for all returns.
  • Shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
  • While we pride ourselves on our high-quality items, we are aware that some unexpected quality issues may arise. Please contact us here prior to initiating a return if you have experienced an issue with an order, such as a faulty item or any defect. We will treat this with the highest priority.

To be eligible for return or cancellation, products must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • Undamaged
  • In original condition with all tags attached
  • Hygiene stickers are in place and have not been removed on swimwear & bodysuits. Undergarments are to be worn when trying on any items.
  • The items listed in the return booking must match the goods shipped back, including the size and color.
  • Purchased from www.princesspolly.co.uk. For products purchased from third party retailers, please follow their return process.

Items not eligible for return:

  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Cosmetics
  • Earrings
  • Undergarments and Hosiery
  • Swimwear and bodysuits, if the hygiene strips have been removed.
  • Partial returns or pieces of a set. Sets must be returned with all pieces.
  • Items purchased from third party retailers, such as Nordstrom or Amazon. Please contact the retailer you purchased from and follow their return process.

If returned items are damaged, worn, or in unsuitable condition, we cannot accept the return. In such instances, we will dispose of the goods returned or return the items to you at your expense. This includes items that show signs of wear or damage, including makeup, hair, fibres, dust, dirt, deodorant, perfume, scuffs, tears, holes, stretched fabric, or markings.

How to start a return:

  • Start by booking a return here.
  • EU-based customers are issued a pre-paid return label via email once the return has been booked. The £9.99 shipping fee will be deducted from your total refund amount for all refunds.
    • You may also choose to use your own return shipping carrier and pay your chosen shipping carrier directly. We cannot be responsible for those carriers and are unable to track their shipping dates for timeline purposes. Please use at your own risk and keep copies of all receipts.
  • Include in the parcel all items that have been booked for return and a copy of the order receipt.
  • Print the label, attach it to the parcel covering any previous shipping labels and drop it off at any DHL Express location, or through your own shipping carrier.
  • Products for return must be dropped off at DHL Express location or other applicable carrier within 28 days of initiating the return request.

Processing Time: Standard exchanges are processed once the return package is in transit back to Princess Polly or received by Princess Polly.

All other returns are processed within 1-2 business days of the return being delivered to Princess Polly. Please allow 2-5 business days for return processing during peak sales periods.

Policy Enforcement Notice: If we notice patterns in your return behaviour that violate our return policy or Terms of Sale, such as indications of wearing items before returning (wardrobing), returning excessive quantities (resales, ‘keep or return” hauls), or returning missing or non-Princess Polly items, we reserve the right to suspend or deactivate your account and any associated accounts and/or to deny your request for return in our discretion. If you believe there has been an error, please contact us here for assistance.

Processing Time: Instant exchanges are processed right away, and the exchanged goods will be dispatched the same business day if placed before 9PM local UK time Mon-Fri.

Standard exchanges are processed once the return package is in transit back to Princess Polly or received by Princess Polly.
