WHAT IS A PETITE SIZE?
Our Princess Polly Petite range is designed for our shorter fam. If you’re 5’2” (160cm) or under, this range is your new go-to. What sets the styles in this range apart from our standard designs is the overall length and tailored measurements across the neck, sleeves and straps. All styles in our Tall and Petite ranges are carefully graded to ensure a perfect fit. Our dresses, pants, jeans, skirts (even straps on tops and neck drops of bodysuits!) are adjusted to Tall and Petite measurements.
HOW OUR PETITE SIZING WORKS
After listening to you, we know that the number one issue for our shorter customers is your dresses, pants, and jeans fitting in some places, and not others. They’re either too long, too baggy or just don’t feel quite right. Our team have thoughtfully designed these Petite styles to hug you in all the right places so those frequent trips to the tailor are a thing of the past!
Every range we create is thoughtfully designed for our Princess Polly community. From Curve, to Tall and Petite, our designers make sure every adjustment is intentional. It’s important to us to normalise having these different sizing options in the fashion industry (it’s not a big deal and it shouldn't be!).
WHO SHOULD WEAR PETITE SIZING?
Our petite collection is tailored intentionally for our shorter/smaller fam. If you’re any of the below, you might find your perfect match in our Petite range.
5’2” and under
Have a shorter torso or upper body
Have shorter legs
Have narrow shoulders
Finding styles that fit you just right is the key to feeling comfortable and confident. Keep in mind, there are no rules and everybody is different! You may need to mix it up with Petite bottoms and regular tops or vice versa. What matters most is that you feel cute in your new clothes!
